The Edmonton Soccer Association Facilities are currently hiring for the following full and part-time positions for the Edmonton Soccer Centres:

Financial Controller

The Edmonton Soccer Association, the organization responsible for the management and development of soccer facilities in the City of Edmonton, is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Financial Controller.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the Association and its facilities. This will include management and training of all accounting staff, ensuring that all transactions are appropriately coded, completion of reconciliations and financial statements on a timely basis each month, preparation of annual budgets and year-end working papers, and reporting of daily operations.

The successful candidate should possess a recognized accounting designation in the Province of Alberta and must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. .

The successful candidate must be adequately familiar with ACCPAC (for Windows) financial accounting software and all MS Office applications.

The Edmonton Soccer Association will offer appropriate compensation and benefits commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and a professional work environment.

Building Attendants

The Edmonton Soccer Association Facilities is currently looking for individuals for full time and part time Building Attendant positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening, maintaining and closing the facility, keeping areas clean, organized and functional. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends required. We are looking for individuals with excellent conflict resolution, communication and organizational skills. An outgoing, friendly personality would be a definite attribute Starting wage is $10-$11per hour. Successful candidates will be asked to provide a police security clearance and First Aid Certificate at their own cost. Starting wage is $9-$10 per hour. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends required.
