Casual Rental and Block Booking Rates Indoor (Turf) 2007/2008 Season
 Please note - The following rental rates apply to practice or training times only.  The rates for scheduled league, tournament or playoff games are higher than these rates and are not dependent on the time of day.
 

Prime Time -  $99.00  (including GST)

(start time 6:00 PM – 9:45 PM Weekdays, all day Saturdays and Sundays)
 

Non-Prime Time $79.00  (including GST)

(start time 3:00 PM – 5:45 PM, 10:00 PM and later on weekdays)

 

Daytime $69.00  (including GST)

(prior to 3:00 PM Weekdays excluding holidays)
 

All rental rates are for 55 minute time slots.
 *Holidays include all statutory holidays as well as days that Edmonton and area children are not in school.

Edmonton Soccer Centre South
     Meeting Room #5 - approx. holds 25 people

 

Rates:

     $35.00 (up to 3 hours)

     $70.00 (full day)

Payment Policy

All casual bookings must be paid for up front at the time of booking. Options for payment are as follows:

- Pay over the phone using VISA or Master Card.

- Pay at East Centre only using debit, VISA, Master Card, or team cheque. There is a $30.00 service charge for NSF cheques.

 

Personal cheques will not be accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of casual practice bookings must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) a minimum of five (5) business days prior to practice time. Any team failing to cancel a minimum of five (5) business days prior to practice time will be charged in full. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

 

BLOCK BOOKINGS INFORMATION

 

Payment Policy

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • At East Centre by debit, VISA or Master Card, or team cheque.

  • By VISA or Master Card by phone.

  • Personal cheques are not accepted.

  • There is a $30.00 charge for NSF cheques.

50% of block booking contract total is due by October 24, 2008. (Prior to commencement of bookings.) Remaining 50% is due by December 12, 2008. Failure to make payment will nullify contract.

We are now accepting Block Bookings for 2008-2009 Indoor Season!

 

Groups wishing to request a Block Booking for the 2008-2009 Indoor Season are required to fill out a Block Booking Request Form. All Requests must be submitted on this form for the 2008-2009 season. Further details regarding Block Bookings are available on the Block Booking Request Guidelines 2008-2009. Block Booking requests for the 2008-2009 Indoor Season will be accepted from April 1, 2008 to October 15, 2008.
